The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Jordan Emergency Cash Transfer COVID-19 Response Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services to contract qualified and eligible firm for the following consulting service:

Request For Proposals Consulting Services - Data Collection

 

The consulting service (“the Services”), include Implementation of data collection through field visits for households across Jordan benefiting from the Hemaya program in the National Aid Fund. Full details of the assignment as stated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Terms of Reference (TOR), can be viewed by the Interested firms through the link mentioned above.

The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MOPIC) and National Aid Fund (NAF) now invite eligible and qualified consulting firms to submit sealed technical and financial proposals for the assignment to perform the Services as required in the RFP and TOR.

A single consulting firm will be selected to perform the full scope of work. The selection will be conducted through Open Competitive Selection using the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method, in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (February 2025 Edition).

The attention of interested Firms is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, (3.14, 3.15, 3.16) of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Dated February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

The sealed Technical and Financial Proposals, in hard copies (Arabic and English), must be submitted by hand to the address and contact person indicated below, no later than Sunday, 07 September 2025, before 1:00 PM (local time). Late submissions will not be considered.
