General Requirement

(1) Participant should meet all the requirements of the course; (2) Middle to Senior level officials; (3) Have sufficient command of spoken and written English; (4) Be in good health, both physically and mentally; (5) Participants are NOT allowed to bring along their spouses or families for the duration of the course.

Procedures for Application

(1) Participants should be nominated by his/her ministry/organization; (2) Fully completed and submitted in the SCP Application Form (online) by website, (3) Ministry of planning and international cooperation (MOPIC) complete final nomination procedures online Endorsement (4) MOPIC informs approved candidates to complete their travel procedures

Expenses covered

Training costs, accommodation, training allowance, group accident and hospitalization insurance during their stay in Singapore. The round –trip airfare for Participations will have to be borne by the nominating governments.
