General Requirement

(1) Participant should meet all the requirements of the course; (2) Middle to Senior level officials; (3) Have sufficient command of spoken and written English; (4) Be in good health, both physically and mentally; (5) Below 50 years of age; (6) Participants are NOT allowed to bring along their spouses or families for the duration of the course.

(1) Participants should be nominated by his/her ministry/organization; (2) Fully completed and submitted in the SCP Application Form (online) by website
