The Executive Program for the Economic Modernisation Vision (2023-2025) reflects the government’s commitment to delivering the Modernisation Vision as a key pillar in the comprehensive modernisation process led by His Majesty the King in its three political, economic and administrative spheres, including initiatives, projects, legislation and priority procedures in the various development sectors, which all relevant ministries and institutions will put into practice within the timelines contained therein. The Executive Program for the Economic Modernisation Vision (2023-2025) serves as a starting point for subsequent Executive Programs, thereby paving the way for achieving targets related to growth, job creation, investment and partnership with the private sector. Moreover, the Executive Program as a living and flexible document will be subject to annual revision and assessment in line with the government’s economic developments and priorities. As such, it includes a specific timeframe for implementation, clear indicators to measure performance, and an online system to monitor progress.
