Project: Support to Resilient and Sustainable Social Protection Program in Jordan

A leading government institution has received financing from the World Bank to support the implementation of the Support to Resilient and Sustainable Social Protection Program in Jordan project and intends to apply part of the proceeds to hire qualified and eligible individual consultants for the following consulting services:

1. Scope of Services: The consulting services (“the Services”) are detailed in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for each position, accessible via the links provided above.

2. Submission Requirements: Eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with an updated CV demonstrating that they possess the required qualifications and relevant experience.

3. Conflict of Interest: The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.13, 3.14, 3.15, and 3.16 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (February 2025) (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

4. Selection Method: Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the Procurement Regulations.

5. Submission Deadline & Instructions: Expressions of Interest and CVs must be delivered electronically to HR@reformjo.org no later than 19 October 2026 at 11:59 PM (Local Time).
